I don't know what Tom is playing at,he is just after announceing a friendly with Celtic.

Details of the match, which will take place in either August or September, will be announced in the coming days.

Presuming it is not a hoax and Celtic have agreed to the friendly it has been confirmed probably as added leverage that there will be some sort of money coming in that may help their cause for last chance saloon on Friday. Obviously if they get wound up there will be no friendly.
