Yes, jay (18)and noel(17) both played that day. Damien Lindsay, current joint manager also played. Great day, Marty Russell scored a screamer from 30yards to win it in extra time. They say a Crowd of 2000+ watched that day in 1993. It seemed more like 10000 to me at the time

ive no problem fighting for my place but at the moment I'm loving playing for park.. i love the limerick style of football also.. its not the easy option to play for park couldnt i easily go down the road and sit on the bench and hide out. you'll find i dont hide when im on a pitchmight add again i am not involved with newtown.. .. just watch a few of their games now and again ..
