We won the league last year and didn't pay a penny for any of our players.

To win the 1st Division you need to have a commited team who will always give 110% because none of the teams there have money, which ultimately means it can't be bought!...........Fingal will see that soon enough when the ego's start to get in the way!

The Premier Division is where the money is where you have no option but to try and buy the league. Problem is.............so's everyone else!

of course it can be bought what do you think fingal is trying to do ,as someone says all success is bought one way or the other

Its in no way a dig at O'Flynn, its just a sad case where he has to lower levels that all.
In all honesty I wouldn't blame any Cork players for jumping ship to a lower level. As you say, mortgages have to be paid.

Not true in this instance. Owen was trying for a longer deal to settle and secure his family, nothing could be further from the truth. The fact is he asked for a longer contract - and hasn't kicked a ball since then. :confused:
