The first time I met "The Gray One " His first comments to me were he didn't like me, this was from a man who didn't even no me.
It was always my impression, we were all small people who were getting in his way.
He always seems to think we should all stand back I am here approach, not good for football.
My advice to this man Stick with Celtic, because he is good for Celtic, but change his attitude towards everyone else, let the officers of the club deal with the media. He sticks to what he knows best. Football.

correct me if i'm wrong reno but aren't you the 1 who started everything off by telling carew i think it was to appeal against kieran kelly in the celtic clubhouse after the game????? from what i heard that is why dykes doesn't like you and why should he 4 that?????? he does respect people who respect him, once again people are talking all this about someone they don't even know well enough to talk about, is it jealousy r what is it?

Things goin very well on the 2 nd Pitch,Foundation in.As regards a completion date,well you know how things go,Dont have a final completion date as of yet.Will be used primarily as a Training Pitch for all of the Teams in the club

Any idea of the surface been used? The surface in Claremorris is excellent, think they say its 3rd generation or something.
What do they have out in Ballyheane?

No harm to have the astro there, it will be a good shetered site also, problem now is that all teams will want it :) Another wee headache for Fergy!

Im afraid to say I cannot answer all your above question,im sure someone here will be able to.

If other teams want it,that will be great.But it will first and fortemost be used for Castlebar Celtic

I see westport utd 18s are playing castlebar celtic on sunday. This should show who has the best underage structure since celtic have lost alot of players.

they didn't want to ruin the pitch because of all the rain i think, the FAS course weren't allowed use it during the week before that either!!

the squad hasn't been named yet but the players have been told, don't know what players were picked though, heard stevie gavin and paul walsh from snugboro anyway!!

The Town won 4-2 on penalties after a 3-3 draw. Great match by all accounts.

From what I heard, Celtic deserved to destroy Westport so ruthlessly to the point of such an embarrassingly one-sided scoreline. The Snugboro game a couple of weeks ago, where Westport won 4-0, was enough of a warning that a good side would shred United to pieces.

we should win easy anyway!!! ya'd never know n cup games though. kilmore only bet a very poor bangor team 1-0 at the end of the season and they finished was it 5th in the premier? we should win by a few by right!!

Westport B beat Kilmore 5-1 and from what I saw of Kilmore that particular day, I do not see any upset. However, I heard that Kilmore actually put it up to teams in other games.

They are a decent side if they have a full squad. They played most of the season with half their players out. Strong at the back and in midfield on their day, they lack potency up front. Would fancy Castlebar to beat them by two or three.

No we didn't. Unfortunately we had a bereavement in the area. We tried to get the game postponed but wern't allowed. We had no choice but to forfeit.

All games went the way you would expect I Think,Snugboro losing at home to erris,it must have been tight

thats really unfair especially when a number of games have already been called off this season for the same reason.maybe its different for each club?

Considering they had a pretty young team out,I thought they played very well.They attack with pace and in numbers.Ok you may say its only Swinford,but you can only beat whats put in front of you
