any truth that corbally got the win against aisling because aisling played an illegal player......

could be wrong just a rumour

There was an objection but Aisling are ok

wembley 2 - 1 carew

good win for us could easily have being a bit more at half time but carew were on top for second half but never really got the break of the ball in crucial positions

Who said the circus is dead. Aisling loose objection to the amazement of all involved, except of course the Ring master and his amazing friends.

Will common sense ever play any part in the decision making process of the LDMC. Choose always the way that seems the best, however rough it may be. Custom will soon render it easy and agreeable???

Decision will now be appealed to Munster Council where common sense will hopefully prevail, but in the mean time Aisling are without a player.

I dont know to be honest, I have seen it done before but that is something he can only answer?

More valid questions would be

How did his "signature" appear on the form without his consent?

and

how was a dodgy signature upheld when the player himself told the committee that the signature on the form was not his own and gave evidence to support this in the form of a signed passport?

Where is the evidence to support any other decision?

best of luck to A/A... even though you hammered us last week.. this is a disgrace
I have no doubt to your explaination but any reason why Balla not represented...?
If proven that player did not sign form what will LDMC do????
I can tell you now..F**k All.
it just proves that it pays to be behind the coup organised by Balla, pike,View and others..
Quick story about the calibre of person decieding these things.... a senior member of council offered the manager of a small club a free match ball(ldmc Badged) if he would get him a part for his car......this happened last week..

I rest my case....

It was an easy out for the LDMC, knowing full well Aisling will appeal to the Munster Council. allegedly one member said that the form filled without a signature is good enough for him, was the cheque or ball signed?

why should i name anybody... these people operate in exactly the same way.

I have attented delegate meeting when the clubs mentioned, basically comandered the meeting , shouted people down and told the acting chairman to end the meeting, they walked out because they were not getting their own way ....FACT. representetives from the 3 clubs i mentioned plus others met in the pike club on numerous occassions to discuss how to remove certain members of council...FACT!!!!what about clubs names being signed to petitions and when they questioned it they were dismissed...FACT

my little story was told to me by the manager of the club in question, he asked was this normal behaviour for members of ldmc(he is a young and naive Manager)

another story for Silvercircle
I think that i might have posted this before but here is a refresher,,,
All co'mitte of ldmc removed at egm. 3 ex-members of ldmc appointed with other to run football on temp basis...the F/S came out from meeting and immediately spoke to a trustee of both pike and Janesboro and i paraphrase" now that my hands are not tied behind, you can come to me if you need any favours"... the boro member told him to just do his job and fix the matches.....

lo and behold.... boro have no match for 5 weeks and then get 3 in 5 days....

Maybe silvercirle you should question your clubs actions in all of this, if you think that they were anything but honourable....?

What I dont get is that if the player told Balla that he did not want to play for them why did they bother to hand in the form. Surely they werent trying to wreck this players season by having hin banned for signing with 2 clubs.

Also how many games has this player played for ye. Is it possible that ye could lose more points if your objection is rejected.

Balla would not have intended such malice I am sure, 8 months passed since the player signed for Aisling so I am sure it was well forgotton.
The only result in question would be the Lawson result against Corbally.

Ya I dont think any club would do that to a player.

Hopefully ye will win your case and at least it wont affect your league games.

Aisling have been at this since they teamed up with ul.
students from other leagues around the country staying in limerick
at the w/e and turning out for aisling.
One incident comes to mind when one of these players played an important
match and was in the star newspaper the following week in a team picture
playing for a leinster senior league club who he was signed for.
Ring any bells?
