Thats the same committee that decided to make AA play Balla in the league on Sunday and play the final on Wednesday.
Cannot play Thurs because Limerick are playing on Friday? Cant see that pitch being cut up in this weather?

hi over the last 2 months Jackman park has had the highest number of games of any league ground in the country, between the 8th June and the 16th June there will be 7 games played 1 of these will be with L37 but maintainence will need to be completed mid week over a few evenings, the Lawson Cup game is scheduled for Wed 13th with work on the field scheduled for the 12th and 14th. the friday is out due to the FAI cup game, the women's U17 international team game is on Sat and the final of the MJC (if pike win the game is in Jackman) as well as the over 40's is on the Sun. I hope this explains the reasoning behind the Wed fixture!

Not a bad shout..Janesboro 2-1 Aisling was indeed how it finished..
Boro had a great start and went 2 up before Aisling pegged them back..Boro were hanging on at the end but probably deserved it.Bit of controversy as ref Tony Meagher only played 43 mins in the second half with no stoppage time.
All in all congradulations to all at the Boro on their league and cup double..

Any truth that there was a bit of hassel between some of the Boro players after the game? I heard they nearly broke the trophy between them!!!

dont think boro were hanging on...aisling had only 1 shot on target the whole match and even that was deflected in for their goal.what as the aisling c.half thinking of...let his team down.well done to boro and shane o hanlon, league and lawson, does,n get much better than that at local level.
