BTW, my injury wasn't actually that bad, just a flesh wound. If anybody happens to asks about it, here is the official response.

While out mountain biking I tackled a particularly steep descent, unfortunately I misjudged my own abilities as well as those of my bike. About a third of the way down I lost control and managed a face plant in a not so pleasant and horrendously rough piece of terrain. This left me with some minor scratches to the left temple and around the left ear.

Ah, I have a long and storied career when it comes to coming through Ireland away games safe and sound. I think I'm probably on about my 5th life at this stage. :p

You'd really want to think about quitting the Mountain biking

Don't worry about it, my recollections in the bounty are hazy at best, except the morning that the owners father let me in and told me to wait and mind the pub coz he couldn't lock the front door. Needless to say he couldn't have left the place in better hands :D

I have thought about quitting but moderation is probably a better solution. Anyway it just wouldn't be as much fun ;)

Right, well myself Green Tribe and DCFC1985 (aka derry batman on youtube:D ) are staying in b&b near Croke Park. So the big question is where are we going on a sesh????:D

It doesnt seem that the watering hole thread is getting anywhere with this :confused:

Probably quinns bar near croker would be the best spot although we'd have to be in early (9am too early?) ;)

To be honest I dont care which pub we all meet in as long as a we get a good few of us out for a sesh.I used to stay with a friend in Drumcondra and it was always Quinns we went to, liked it then.
