Aye, I counted 58 which, when you factor in lads on a toilet run or in the queue for chips means you'd be probably about right there.

2nd vs 3rd in the table and you bring 60 fans... Sorry ,but that's frankly woeful.
Unless the derry folks were holding off for fear of reprisals for the rocket launcher episode up in the brandywell a few weeks ago, which in hindsight would be a deterrent.

That's what it was.
People had assumed the same Bohs ones starting stuff in Derry last time would be out again last Friday. Really unfortunate.
The club restrictioned away tickets to season ticket holders too.

I'm not surprised at the Derry away support at Bohs, as the previous incident by the Bohs minority so called fans in the Brandywell would definitely affect many Derry fans decision to check out on this fixture and the travel involved!

Cobh brought a low away support. There are a lot of co finals in Co Longford at the moment which possibly explains the low turnout!

I wouldn't be that well up on GAA, how many county finals would there be in Longford?

I was there and honestly thought it was a bit more, was shocked that it didn't even break 500. Really disappointing considering there was actually something on the line. I fear it'll be the same story with crowds next season too

Between hurling, camoige, mens and women's football, from senior down to 13's, possibly 20 county finals. In Galway there's A, B & C championships at a lot of age groups so endless county finals, everyone gets a medal!

There seems to be a small number of people in the Longford area that play sports and only attend games when they are not involved in another sport. That excuse is a bit worn at this stage!
