I could be wrong but that 4355 figure must be the worst Friday night crowd in years for Rovers, particularly on the back of two great away wins and being top of the league.

Yeah was slightly surprised as I don't think I've seen them in Wexford before. Wonder do they have stickers for sale??

I remember not to long ago on here Cork and Derry fans used to fighting about who were the best supported team in the league and pretty warm it got too, but the way it's going now if Cork go down and Cobh come up, they might not even be the best supported team in Cork.

Cork have a die hard support of about 1500 who'll go to the first division games, 1500 would be a great prem average for Cobh considering the size of the town. I'd be more concerned if I was a Cork fan of the club going under again😳

Decent crowd, and they made a bit of noise, in what must have been a miserable game for them. Fair play.

Kerry v Dundalk - 960 called out, co-comms guys said around 250 Dundalk, but I wasn't at the game, others who attended will know better.

They were actually quite funny those guys 'I think the Dundalk fans have been here in Tralee all day' (yes we could hear it guys !) a lot I know got the morning flight from Dub.

Nailed it and 98% of them flew down on. Friday morning passport ready ,some drogs fans got really annoyed about that :-) and that added to the enjoyment of the trip Tralee is a brilliant and everyone appreciated the buzz that the fans brought

A few more than that Outspoken, not much more but a few more. Probably somewhere between 60-70. I know a full bus travelled plus the usual contingent who drive and travel from Dublin. Certainly looked more than 40 on LOITV.

I was at the game, there wasn't anything like 60-70 there. Never got food as quickly at HT, usually the line for the hatch goes on for miles

We'll say 50 so. I'm astonished that Drogheda's ground is capable of accommodating for queues that go on for miles, this hatch must be quite special.

Surprised they did. It is now a very unpleasant experience going to an away game v Pat's.
Crammed into a corner of a terrace with no view of a quarter of the pitch or in a corner of the stand that can't fit grown humans in the seats.

Didn't look like 500 on LOI either, maybe some did not want a very unpleasant experience going to an away game v Pat's!

Add in the completely over the top body searches that you wouldn’t have to go through if going through the airport and then being made stay in afterwards for 15 minutes ruining what used to be my favourite away

Been making this point for a few years now, what Shels and Pats offer away fans is not that far off the awful facility of Oriel Park, both offer uncovered terrace and behind the goal, Pats now into a corner. All 3 do offer stand options, I think 150 are held back at Oriel Pk. One big plus at OP is, most games away fans will get into the 'upstairs' bar.

I've far preferred the overall experience of the stand in Oriel to the away section of the stand in Richmond. Both terraced offering are similarly grim. Tolka is also atrocious and exposed, but has at least a better view of the field (even if the view of the toilets can be limited for a winter game!)

The stand in Oriel is for the old fogeys like myself and its not bad but they could do with replacing the plexiglass its a bit hard to see through if you are up the back

Dundalk v Wexford - 1,632 (estimate of 10-15 Wex fans) the FD atmosphere at Oriel P this year is really missing the big away crowds from PD, mostly 4 x Dub Clubs, Derry, and Drogs too to be fair. Even after the game its s peaceful leaving the ground !

Would upgrade the Wexford attendance to about 35 in fairness to those from Wexford that made the long trip to OP. c20 on the terrace and c15 in the stand (not including the 2 dlk stewards who knew they were having an easy night 😂)
Thought it was a decent enough attendance considering that a lot of people are on holidays ATM and hopefully now with 66% of season and Dundalk with a decent point lead maybe get a few more through the gates now.

Fair enough, forgot about away section in the stand, long trip on a Fri night, and fair play to each and every one.

Special mention to Cobh fans who went to Ballybofey same night, bloody hell, that's home at 4am or so, amazing commitment.
