It's in the official FAI fixture list for Monday 02 April. Lots of clubs have made provision for that date in their fixtures listings.
FWIW, these are the other remaining dates - weather permitting:
Quarter-Finals 07/08 May
Semi-Finals 05 Aug

What's the story with Galway playing in Connaught kit today?
WoodquayBoy
19/03/2018, 9:58 PM
The new kit was ordered from Uhlsport in December but has still not been delivered (their fault); and no one at the club thought to check with Cockhill about their jersey colour (our fault). We have been playing with our white away kit from last season (home jerseys were given the family, friends, sponsors etc) so when Cockhill arrived with green and white hoop jerseys, our white clashed. The only kit available was the Connacht FA home kit of blue - hence the jersey choice tonight. And we played like a shower of junior footballers as well

It was avery poor game to watch WoodquayBoy. Zero atmosphere due to small crowd. Cockhill seemed happy to lose by 1. Pitch looked in poor nick also

1st Round Athlone town 0:2 UCD AFC.
First win for UCD in EA Sports Cup since 6-1 away win against Waterford Utd.
Last night, Timmy Molloy 1st half strike from 10 yards after half an hour came after The Students slowly built up chances. Darragh Corcoran and winger Kevin Coffey linked well together. Yoyo Mahdy's looping header from a long-range Jack Ryan free kick finished off a nice night in the midlanders.
Thanks to Athlone Town AFC for making UCD Fans feel welcome.
A win in March brings another game in April.

Inchicore looked in good condition to me. The ref must have seen something different to Dundalk and Pats.
Both clubs were happy to play the game.

Bohs wishing the game was off I'd say.
2-0 UCD coming up to half time.
They've had more of the play, but we've taken our two chances very well

Yeah all the reports coming out of Inchicore is that it's a poor decision by the ref to call it off. I like many others was already on my way when I found out.

I don't think any Derry fan can truly believe they really deserved a win today. Michael O'Connor coming off at half time made a huge difference to Harps. John O'Flynn had an abysmal performance in the second half.

I'm not sure what you were expecting to hear.
It was reported in the national media that they were arrested for public order offences two weeks ago. I imagine the next step is for a decision to be made on prosecution or otherwise - that generally goes under the radar unless/until charges are made and a court appearance happens.
From what I understand, nobody was hurt and little damage was done - IMO the lads need to keep a low profile socially and concentrate all energies on their football

Cracking game at Inchicore. Dundalk 2 up at half time ( first goal was an absolute calamity from defender and Pats new keeper.) Second Half Pats were magnificent ( Daragh Markey in particular, he was just brilliant all night.). Then we take the lead twice in extra time, only to be pegged back twice. High quality penalty shoot out too, and of course Markey then misses the crucial penalty after playing so well. Gutted, in general, and for him in particular.
Great way to spend a dull Monday night though !

Terrific, if crazy game in Inchicore.
Dundalk looked very comfortable in the first half, but players who were returning from injury; O'Donnell, Mountney, Jarvis, Gatland tired in the second half and Pats controlled the game from then on.
Both teams were poor at defending set pieces and every ball into either box looked like it was going to be a goal.
Cracker of a goal from Fagan, by the way.

Mental game.
Dundalk seemed like they were cruising in the 1st half but We ran out of a bit steam and Pats were suddenly back in it and looking like the side most likely to progress.
When Pats went 4-3 up the game looked up for us but Dundalk are old hands in these situations and scored(again) right at the death.
The penalty lottery luck shone on us but we were lucky to get out of RP still in the draw and although Pats fans will take little solace in this;they were the better side on the night.Lennon,Markey and Leahy all excellent tonight.
Good to see Gartland back for Dundalk,Tagbajumi was our best player i thought.Hopefully that 120 mins got some lead out of lazy legs.
T'riffic match as i said and nice to come out the big end of it!

It's not that surprising. Both sides fielded very weakened teams. We only started 2 of our starters from Bohs, although Sadlier did play too. I just wish Waterford would have scored inside 90 mins and been done with it. We had an U19 CB that started, but went off after 25 mins and was replaced by Sean McLoughlin who had to play almost 100 mins of football now. Not ideal ahead of Friday's game.

Yeah young Dean Walsh should've scored in the first half and avoided the need to play til nearly 10.30! You could see both sides wanted to get it done and dusted with us sending Duffus and Akinade on as subs (who combined for our goal) and Cork throwing Cummins and McNamee on up front with Sadler. Nobody wanted to do 120 minutes, but after going that far, it was nice to win it and get into a quarter final.
Sounded like waterford were the better team, but yeah, would've preferred if they'd done it in the 90!

Both sides fielding 2nd string teams ahead of their league game on Friday but still a mad scoreline considering all of Drogheda's positive mad scorelines this season

Nice! Was there a goalkeeping gaffe or that its not just the keeper thats a problem with Rovers? Ye have great chance to get past Cobh and then its a cup semi final, good home draw and a decent crowd could be at CC Stadium for it, the biggest for a while possibly. Even with a weakened side out Rovers would be expected to go through playing at home - Bradley at most has surely to get a win this weekend or he is gone if the decision hasnt been made already!?
