Would be delighted to see Bobby Ryan sign for Longford. Amazing player in his day but it's well past now at this level.

I had heard that the lads that played against Millwall werent asked back but obviously my source is not totally right when Reynor played against Man Utd. I thought he took his goal well against Millwall. How did he play against Man Utd?

Sweet left peg on him, didn't take a man on once, wouldn't add much to the team if you ask me but he played well enough.

Town have signed the above mentioned Darragh Reynor and also Robert Bayly, both formerly of Monaghan. That's four of the Monaghan squad we've picked up now.

According to todays Derry News we are in talks with Gary Twigg about a move. Considering he's out of contract at the end of the season, is he set on a move North to be nearer family or will he likely re-sign? I'd wager a IL side over us if he leaves Tallaght.

This rumour seems to comes around every transfer window now. Does his girlfriend not live in Newry? Would be handier for him to stay in Dublin.

If he moved to anyone it would be Sligo, but I can't see him even doing that. Derry is just as far away from home, is less stable a club, would pay less money and have much lower chances of winning anything. Why would he move?

As I said if he moved North I'd expect him to move to an IL team before us, would there be any IL team that would tempt him to move? travelling up and down that m1 gets boring v quickly:)

Joined in 2009 from Pats i think,injury ravaged throughout his time here but was excellent for us when he did play and captained for us a few times.He would be a huge addition here if he came back.

Harps have added Declan McIntyre to the management team. Declan will act as the new goalkeeping coach at Harps.
