Tie of the round in Cork is Kinsale v Wilton, probably the 2 strongest teams in Cork Aul meeting each other in round 3.

I think Ballylanders could cause an upset against Aisling. A very big and physical side who are well able to play ball. Moyross and ourselves could be a good game, a lot of the lads know each other with a few of our players being from Moyross and both are well able to play a bit of ball.

the opposite seems to happens down here in limerick, but that's the luck of the draw.
in the second round fairview drew regional away,as did pike away to the boro.
in the munster junior cup, fairview have already met two premier sides in the first two rounds, with them now meeting another premier side, carew park,to see who will get out of town.
think that at least one, possibly two non premier sides are guaranteed to get out of town.
but as the man says that is the beauty of cup competitions

condolences to the pat and his family.
tony flanagan,a great supporter of fairview, and soccer in general, also passed away suddenly yesterday.
a great character, who as far as i know, managed under age teams in fairview, that included conor kavanagh and shane duggan to mention but a few.
always one for the banter, especially in the pike inn and munster fair tav with the pike lads, and followed fairview all over the country for years.condolences to tony's family also.

Moyross 1-0 Coonagh

Good game of ball as both teams knocked it around well. Felt we could have got more out of the game though having missed a few great chances, hitting the crossbar and the post also. Both teams dominated in patches but there was nothing really in it.

Good luck to Moyross in the next round.

after this its fair to say sville are in crisis, total waste of a yr, i think shannonman would agree that its probably as bad an sville team hes ever played against and hes been around a while now, cant blame the players, as their absolutely stretched for numbers, the substitutes yesterday consisted of C team players mostly,an old rift in the club remains between the existing management and former senior players who just wont play for them, time for the change, sundays defeat was surely the last straw.

That wasn't the last 8 I'm sure when view beat them 3 0,think it was last 16,don't think view beat kilmallock in qf and then regional in semi,I think there was someone inbetween, balbec will enlighten us.

All I can say is that what summervuille are going through mirrors what we went through last year.
It's Hell. It's impossible to gain confidence and shake of the bickering and that when your losing every week.
They'll get no sympathy from anyone in the Premier and the only way out of it is to keep playing, as for a rift in the club, well that needs to be adressed by their commitee...
