One change from the Fairview game, John Ryan replacing Darren Glasheen in goal. Ryan Goggins Harkin T Clarke Hurley Bourke O'Gorman Roche S Clarke McNicholas Waters. Subs Culhane, O'Sullivan and Lynch. Goals from S Clarke(3) Waters, O'Sullivan and Lynch. Good start but very early days.

Fairview will be very diappointed with there performance i think at this stage fairview should start bringing through some of the youths that won the fai because some of the players dont seem to bothered and they have alot of good younger players that would love to play.
Heard pat mcgarry got a bad injury,did Richie Ryan play in goals?

Stamping on sville player in a challenge?you never said that same sville player nearly broke Alans leg in the same challenge that he was booked for and was also a pike free,if ye decide to come out of yere half at some stage this season ye might have an auld shot on target.

your pike rovers rants on here are the norm so i expected no less from your good self, it was a red card end of story.
sville battled hard but were no match for ye whatsoever no matter what kind of tripe you post about them

On the regional wembley game last night,the standard of refereeing for both teams was ridiculous,the man just didnt have a clue,we had a perfect goal ruled out for offside 5 mins from time,on top of the penalty decision given against us against balla last sunday we have had 4 points taken away from us.Considering the two bad injuries we got i suppose a point isnt too bad.Our squad is threadbare going into pike and view the next few days so it doesnt get any easier,best of luck to regional for season.

Look at his demeanour on the pitch and it says it all - has only turned up 2/3 times so far between training and games.

He has had a great career but i do agree hes heart isnt in it he did get a serious injury he must be 30, but where are all the players that won the youth fai.

McGarry shouldn't be left inside the gates of the Pike rovers grounds.the way he treated some of the people involved with Pike was dispicable(breaking promises to sign)and now he's going to show a great club like Fairview the same disrespect......who does this guy think he is?
Pike never had any luck in the FAI while McGarry was involved and look at the turn in fortune Fairview have had since he joined them...he's bad luck and bad news!!
If Connie takes him back then he's as big a hypocrite as McGarry!!

very comfortable win for pike and going on what i saw summervile will struggle to stay up.on the sending off the referee was correct to send the player off,a straight red,noboby should try justify the incident it has no place on the football field.

Correct me if Im wrong but isnt there a player in the current Pike squad that signed a form with 2 clubs in the same season, a few seasons back , then within 2 seasons signed with Pike, then left and then signed back again within 2 weeks.........then you have the cheek to complain about a good servant to the club in past season's, wanting to come back to the club, after a move that didnt work out.

Correct me if Im wrong but isnt there a player in the current Pike squad for the last 3/4 years that signed a form with 2 clubs in the ame season, then within 2 seasons signed with Pike, left and then signed back again.........then you have the cheek to complain about a good servant to the club in past season's wanting to come back after a move that didnt work out.

can you explain to me why you think he was "a good servant".......was it when he dodged pre season every year,missed games and matches cause he was on the beer,was a bad influence on younger players!.....maybe it was the way he broke promises or said he'd sign a form(shook hands on it)when he was already signed with another club!..oh a top bloke alright!...Pike have flourished without him and can win another FAI without him!

Well I dont know the daily goings on within the Pike club, but if he was "dodging pre-season, missing games, going on the beer, and such a bad influence to younger players", then why was he a regular in the Pike side up until he left?

2 more high profile players ,i confused who have pike lost already apart from wayne o donovan n he left for 1st team football, why would anyone leave pike,best team in town and according to this forum there all being well looked after aswel ,how times change

Heard Wayne Colbert signed for the Boro last night and Pa Moloney is doing a Nasri he said the Boro fans are more passionate than the Pike ones also one more from Pike going with him.

id be shocked to see him back there because of the way he was treated by certain pike fans, there was supposedly an incident when one of them went for him when his young fella was with him after a game

somebody please explain to me why would players who won 4 tophies last year inc. fai. leave to sign with a side that won nothing. on the pa mcgarry issue cant see him going back to pike.but he did give pike great service schoolboy and junior and if pike and pa have any sence they will both forgive and forget

carew 2up after 30mins it could of been more they played some fantastic football on 34mins the whole game changed with a very poor pen givin to the boro (it was a pen) 1min later carew centre half caught on the ball 2-2. all in all boro deserved there win shane clarke was the diff amazing player his finishing for his 2n and 3rd goal was unreal. boro will def go for the title with pike but IMO they need to strenghen there backline apart from that there very strong.
