Surely the Boro will get their league game v Summerville for Tuesday 13th Sept called off, considering they are due to play Pike the following Sunday 18th Sept (afaik) in the FAI...............

Yes but they play 3 games in 7 days and the last of those 3 games is against Pike in the FAI (so players will surely feel it) , where as Pike have an extra 2 days rest and only 2 games in 7 days, just thought it would be fairer if both clubs were on a level playing field going into the game as it has the potential to be a cracker.

Its starting to be like the Premier league in England now, Boro play tuesday and then Pike on the following Sunday. Thats loads of rest for them. You swear they are Professionals or something???. We played Regional on a Thursday, pike the Sunday and then Fairview on the Tuesday 2 weeks ago and just got on with it, and yes i do realise the Boro Pike match is huge for both clubs but surely they have plenty of time for rest.

Are you joking they have 4/5 days rest if they havent enough rest in that time might be an idea to drop down a few divisions.

Who was on the bench for the view yesterday..... who ever they were they'll hardly hang around and cup tie themselves with a very poor fairview team.... How did ryan do in goals.. heard ian barnes played out of his skin..?
you did not know who played and yet you make a statement like that??
a few people on here who are putting the boot in to fairview at any opportunity.
the league may be gone as far as fairview are concerned but they will still have a say in it's destination.
they are playing kilmallock thursday night, you should call up
The way the light is fading its probably wishful thinking to get the games next tuesday played. Can't see it.
This could be an interesting one Sunday. Killmallock going well and a loon of a ref, anything could happen.
Sun 11/09/11 @ 10.30
Kilmallock v Pike Rvs, 10.30, J Carey
And Mr Carey isn't a fan of " Townies" ! Killmallock to get a draw me thinks

ah lads come on.he lives about 9 miles from kilmallock, what about all the referees living in the city and you dont see kilmallock coming on here complaining that they dislike country teams.people looking for excuses before a ball is kicked as kilmallock have always giving pike a run for there money.

agree with you about it happening in the city.
m.kiely does more balla matches then anyone else..
robbie broe has played with a few clubs in town and went on to referee them.
nothing wrong with that at all.
on the down side,do not think he is up to premier league standard....that's the only reason that i would have a problem with him

HOPEFULLY ya, but just because kilmallock have got off to a good start i dont think the lads are thinkin there going to win the league, theyve trained hard got a few good results and im sure there goin to take the games one at a time, any points they get from the next two games will be good points for them and they will try win those games.. And i know the lads wont like balbec on here blowing them up with hes comments either..

I suppose they both have big enough squads to cope with it, thats even if next weeks midweek fixtures go ahead.

hope they don't(on thursday at least!!)
fairview need to start winning matches soon, just to get some confidence into the squad as a whole.
just glad the match is on in the fairgreen and not in kilmallock.
remember the match out there last year(3-2 to view) .
could have gone either way in the end.
their keeper was caught badly for two of the view's goals.
one flew straight into the back of the net, over his head, when zubi crossed from literally the touchline

Anyone that met Paddy loved him, he not only loved Janesboro FC but he loved football. The word legend is thrown about all to quickly but he lived up to that name. He is a huge loss to the McEvoy family, to Janesboro FC and to football. I cant remember a Janesboro game with him not present. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam.

Wembley 1 Carew park 2, Kevin Barry 2
EVen game carew two up at half time wembley got back into it early in 2nd half with a terrible pen decision but in fairness wembley also had a pen turned down in the first half. We will take the result after two bad results last week. LAst ten mins to go and it was dark the ldmc have midweek fixtures down again for next week they need to be cancelled

Fairview 2 Kilmallock 1...Doyle and Dazz scored for da View...Graeme Mulcahy got our goal...2 sent off for the view for 2nd yellow's late on...Don't know how we lost this game with all the chance's we had...Thought we desereved at least a draw if not the win..They cleared 2 off the line and their keeper had a brilliant game...
