How come a club like balla have no facilities. They always had schoolboys and youths so would they not qualify for the lotto/sports grants and so on? If any club deserves to have dressing rooms it's them for the amount of work they put in every week. they had some of the best in town at one time and they were ran to the ground you could say.. and as for grants you cant apply till you own your own land..its so built up on the northside we cant buy a place to put a pitch and facilities is the big problem.were working hard with limk city council too build in shelbourne park just like what shelbourne have.and we have others in the pipe line i could safely say when not if this happens we could have up to 200 hundred schoolboys we got 85 at this moment hard work is ahead of us and thanks for you post as a lot of the times you'll get posts pointing out in a snide way we got notting but we can only play whats in front of us ..and off the feild deal with what's ahead of us..

yea he's out there since day one.. any club in town that wants to bring a keeper thru should do all they can to insure they get these chances as every bit helps imo keepers training with there team and then getting a game of ball for 20 mins or so is a waist of time..

You also need to be able to borrow Money grants only cover a certain amount of it and the banks aren't lending..
Summerville need a win tonight it's a massive game fingers crossed otherwise the next few months could be tough with a 0 points tally hanging over the players with the tough games to come have the money.. we have the machine's and lorries on the ready by or b team sponsor.. we like other clubs have block layers sparkies painters plasters and so on not working we just cant get the breaks other clubs got... myself and another player will be doing all the ground works and water conections FREE and some players will take 3 days pay and do 2 days FREE..so some posters out there may see we are looking ahead not looking for pity we,ve been mixing it with the big boys for years with notting lol

Why does it bother you????.he got 3 matches like everyone else will get for a straight red.for your info.and if you knew the rules you'd know that.will you be interested in players from other clubs red cards I wonder,I'm sure there has been plenty already.

Bad result for wembley not in a great position, i think thats the league over for fairview very good first half hour but pike came out a different side in the second half and could have scored more than 4 at ease, why in gods name did stewie bring on harrington instead of madigan why have so many youths togged out with no chance of playing.

We went to Killmallock this morning with the bare eleven, not even a sub..We really should have put in for a Free weekend.Between injuries and weddings and holidays we are really struggling at moment.But we gave a good fight against a strong Killmalock 11. It was a very close game and i think a draw would have been a fair result. Both teams played some great football on a fantastic pitch. Best of luck to killamallock for the rest of the season but im sure they will be fine.

on the 90 mins pike deserved their win no question
it could have been different if the ref done his job.
one nil up and mullins elbowed heffernan in the face no more then three yards away from ref.
defo straight red,instead he books two view players for protesting.
absolute joke of a decision.
and it's not as if he did not see it ....he was looking straight at it.
as i say it could have been different,but pike deserved their win.
same ol' same ol'...some players need to take a serious look at themselves and if their heart is not in it..pack it in.
would rather have someone on the field who will give you 100% then someone with more ability and no interest

Actually limk man who has played in both leagues but clare most recently.. Anyway any team that is losing games no matter who too will have very low confidence when playing next games ... Just shows what you know about football.. Time will tell I suppose but I'd rather have points on board than cheap talk on a forum and a crap attitude..

I didnt see him mention regional in his post,as I said there'll be no fear of wembley,a good side and a lot better than what's over the toll bridge,and they will prove that,actually they may have already.

They play on the edge , was told last week by a number of people that Barry and Boyle should of got the line vs corbally. Pike took Boyle off before he was sent off. Both with elbow - like above the ref totally bottled it.

From what i saw of the game, if Barnes is the left full for fairview then he is an excellent player. Had a top game and not afraid to mix it when needed - looks a quality edition. Ryan in the goal could not do a whole pile to prevent what was going on in front of him - first 2 goals were deflections and the third he was a tad unlucky with after making the save......still havent seen enough of him to say whats he like tho......it could be a long hard season for fairview at the rate they are going thats for sure........
