certain clubs need to look at where they want to be and realise maybe the way things have been done in the club for a long time is where the real problem is, "too many chiefs and not enough indians". Was involved in a club years ago and from the outside coming in, seen (what id class as a roundabout club), start off with gr8 intensions, have this sorted, that sorted etc...., dont put in the work or want to, because of used to that, being the norm. Come out of the clouds. Such a way of doing things will fall apart again and all will be looking round at eachother , wonderin whats gone wrong. :)

The divisions look interesting, notice it says round 4, over the 1b division, if there is only 4 rounds in that division, then how are they going to complete that league. must surely be at least 12 rounds, where the league would then be decided on points?

Nothing to do with LOYALTY mate - change of manager ment it wasn't going to be easy...But the disarray for the first pre season game made the minds up for most that were sitting on the fence...Most of last years team had played in 1B or higher !! I wish them luck for the season but its sad to see them being promoted and I would say favourites to go straight back down !!!

Are these so call players any good and will they make that much of a difference, we have lost five starters from last year but we are still stronger this year due to a few players coming back but as Frank Sinatra says THATS LIFE, happens every year

played in in 1st. game against balla A got hammered and ran for there lives. only 2 or 3 of last years panel stayed.what gets me is the ones who were shouting and roaring last season about shels were the the ones that deserted the sinking ship the fastest.

Not a whole lot between the 2 teams but two cracking first half goals by Mike <Bruno> Menton and Pa Roche and not a bad third either from Thomas Hogan was the difference between the teams.
What ever about defending I think this prospect team will out score a lot of teams in this division.

bruff let a 2 nil lead slip before sealing the win with about 15 mins to play a game bruff controlled for most n had 6 or 7 clear cut chances great start to the season

Athlunkard 1 v Moyross 1. A good game, Moyross started the better and took a deserved lead. We finally realised we were actually playing a game of some sort at half time and were the better team in the 2nd.. just... Moyross have some excellent (5 or 6) players and also some very average players as do all the teams in 1b I suppose, Well done to our lads for pegging back and especially to our fill in keeper tonight who had'nt played in goal for about 5 years...you know who you are. Best of luck to moyross for the coming season also.

thats because he was taking the ball out of the net.3 goals ruled for offside. 1 genuine offside and 2 not. and 3 1 on 1 sitters missed. 3 goals scored.in my book that is probably 9 goal chances.

ya because there was a few dodgy offside calls after the ball was put in the net by bruff keeper no where for any of the goals so no wonder you dont recall him making a save..knockainey played well for about 15 20 mins dont think that deserves a draw
