According to the commentary all the sending offs were within the letter of the law and Kelly hadn't much other option. They say he's done quite well considering the storm at the start of the half.

Kellys definately earned his back hander from Sligo today, more than makes up his travelling expenses from Cork. What a waster he is

Have you seen all the decisions? I'm listening to 2 Derry fans on the radio and they have been in agreement with all of his big decisions (although they weren't sure if Peers deserved to be sent off)

YE hes a JOKE, everything bout refs are ticking boxes. They are there to satisfy the assessors in suits watching the game. Common sense has gone from the game. Are Derry a dirty team dont think so. Today should have been about two good footballing teams but idiots in the middle dont see it like this

So you've seen all the decisions and Rovers bribed the ref, yeah?

Love this type of stuff from a guy not even at the game.

Why the flip was Mailey's goal disallowed after looking at those highlights. Terrible decision.

They all looked pretty spot on decisions from the ref there. The only one I'm not sure of at first glance is Peers second yellow.

Very impressed with Cunningham from what I've seen of him. Seems relatively well-informed on each of the teams and very even-handed (particularly his response on Premier Soccer Saturday).

I agree with that but the second one never arrived. Derry were brutal bad - couldn't believe how far back they had gone from the first game of the season and it would have been a travesty if they had got anything from the game.
Alan Kelly had no option with regard to any of the cards and the daftest one of the lot was for a defender for diving. Bold boy, Gavin.
The sending offs in our game were clear. It was the first yellow cards for Deery and Friars that I felt were harsh, but both should have known better after being booked. Surreal game, wasnt a 3-0 by any means, or was it a dirty game at all. Poor first half, 2nd half Sligo controlled when we imploded. Nothin much else to say on the game realy

No offence but Sligo were pretty **** too. That was probably our worst performance of the season, and until the peno's and sending offs, you hardly threatened.
I dont know if it was over-confidence from Friday night or what, but i'm sure we'll be alot different on Friday night
