There no probably about it he did, and maldini captained the italian team in 1998 world cup when his dad cesare was manager. so if you had put the question right in first place you would have not got those so called out of the air answers

Don't blame the questions!

If I meant Internationals I would have said Internationals!
If I meant La Liga I would have said it!

The Gudjohnsen answer was the most pointless of them all as there "claim" is that their the first father and son ever to be substituted for each other on the same team.

Back to the missing answer.
Clue: Father retired. Son retired as a player and now a manager in a far-off land!

What about John and Kevin Bond? I'm sure they were at the same club in the eighties - Norwich or Man City, when they were in the old first division. So should the question not be 9 fathers and sons?

Why are you ignoring John and Kevin Bond? Are you telling me that that my answer is incorrect or that your trivia question is flawed? You cannot set a question and then ignore what may be a fatal flaw in it?

No your right. But the question was in relation to Top flight football and as far as I know when Kevin and John united at both Bounemouth and Man City neither club were in the Top Division!
