Might be when you get promoted, they all get a year older, and some of them are retiring, dropping form with age and missing training to collect their pensions.
That question was less stupid, though you asked it in a profoundly stupid way.

Help me, Arthur Murphy, you're my only hope!

See I like that Bluebeard you said When I get promoted.
I'll work on getting a few young guns in and have them primed for the primera when I get promoted

The ideal 100% performance from any given 11 is when their average age = 26. For every year below or above that, you lose 5 or 10% of the team's performance. So 31 would be a bad thing.

It's a good thing because it stops teams buying in very high skilled pensioners cheaply and more importantly stops people buying a team of 16 year olds and waiting for them to come good.

That happened to me when I started out. I always evaluate now. My recent signing was down as a skill 8 when I evaluated he was actually a nine and had extra special qualities as well. So it works both ways

That only happens in the private leagues, because generally the Xpert League transfers will let you see the player's profile, but still better to evaluate because of hidden qualities.

Beat Burton Albion tonight, Cobh this time taking up still absent Valentia's duties

Lofty, was that your strongest eleven out tonight? If so, I'm predicting you for the drop...terrible performance.

No, my star man was left out as where a few defenders. All the players playing are out of form. Going to start selling a few thirty somethings. I'll be ok, hopefully!!!!
As Irishmen we dilute our sense of nation by depending on the English to bring us our balls

    Yes.

    Almost.

A matter of time though. I'd put my money on it being the MORs during the week.

A hattrick for my third best striker tonight was good news. Looking forward to having the long sought new keeper in for the next game.

Interesting fixture list...every side in order from the bottom up of last season starting with the three promoted sides and finishing with a round robin against the Alb€rt$

I noticed the same, except I get to play against the Goalie Retirement XI the match before I face your boys.

    And surely, you mean A£b€rt$

We had lofty in the round robin last year too..pesky fixture list. Interesting to see if the three promoted sides are as good as the three relegated ones. Division 1 outside of the Fags is difficult to call.

    Yep, F£ynny A£b€rt$

I'm the richest club in the league anyway so why do you get all the currency symbols?
