In short;
Number 6 plays versus number 9
7-8
----
10 - 13
11 - 12
----

Then;
1. Winner 6-9 / Winner 7-8
2. Winner 10-13 / Winner 11-12

Winner 1 --> UEFA Cup
Loser 1 --> Playoff for Intertoto spot
Winner 2 --> Playoff for Intertoto spot
