I can't understand why it has taken so long.

My guess clubs are resistant to change.

The league obviously need todo a bit of a reshuffle to balance divisions.

Clubs like it handy and don’t like to be put in more challenging divisions which you can understand to a certain extent.

But even with all this in mind the league must do what’s best for the league to make it as good as it can be.

Just my opinion I could be all wrong

Doing some business on the app adding players kits etc all the leagues are done on it I say they’ll be released tomorrow,
