Very good timing. There's 9 games between now and the new year. Any new manager coming in will give the keepers game time over the friendlies. Kelleher will hopefully be going into that March window with double digit games played for Liverpool between now and then.

I mean I get why he's behind Bazunu now as he's not playing week in week out unlike Bazunu but ultimately if Kelleher is starting every game for Liverpool then he may be seen as the better option.

Kelleher out for six weeks with a knock he picked up in training, is the news I'm expecting to hear any day now.

If he is starting every week for Liverpool then he would be a better option - no questions asked - a PL player over a Championship one.

It doesn't always work like that though - if it did then Rory Delap and Damien Delaney would have a lot more caps than they do.

Baz was our best player last time out and has saved us from a few hammerings in the last couple of years. Just getting a run of games because Alisson is injured and he's Liverpool's next best option doesn't by itself warrant him getting the jersey. He needs to be good when he gets his chance.

If Kelleher doesn't play well he won't be in the Liverpool goal for long - Adrian will replace him.

Ideal timing for him in multiple ways. Hope he takes it. Bazunu has been great for Ireland but he's still developing while playing. If Kelleher can show everyone why watching Allison all these years was as good or better for his development by playing well in the EPL...then he's clearly the better option for Ireland and may have a few more bidders in the next window.

Wouldn't that depend on how many he's letting in if he is playing??

If Kelleher plays the next few weeks and performs well you'd hope that could lead to move in January. Great timing for him, needs to take his chance now
    Its really not that complicated!!!

No way he moves in Jan. This is the reason liverpool didn't let him go

He cant stay forever, needs to strike while the iron is hot.... the flip side is if he has a disaster in the next few weeks he could find himself struggling to find any club

I don't think liverpool will want to head into second half of the season without a reliable back up keeper which Adrian certainly isn't and the younger liverpool keepers aren't going to be trusted yet. Hopefully he gets 10 games between now and early Jan. What an opportunity

Can't see him going anywhere before next summer at the earliest. Even then there's no guarantee, but this opportunity if it comes and he does well, might finally kick start things for him.

This is a great chance for him. And it's a handy enough few games to begin with.

Watching Joe Hart being unconvincing at Celtic recently and given the rumours from a while back I think Celtic would be a great move for both parties. I think he could be their keeper for a decade if he fulfills his potential.

Celtic won't pay what Liverpool are looking for. Unless it's a loan deal it'll never happen.

Alisson will be out for two weeks according to Klopp. Kelleher should get the three PL games (Fulham, Sheffield United, and Palace) in-between their last two Europa games. Reckon Alisson will be back in time for the derby with United.
