Great win for Pike who were losing twice in the game but showed great commitment to get back in the game and get the winner in the last 5 mins. Pike controlled the game from start to finish but fell asleep on two occasions to let atlunkard score we should of scored at least 4 in the first half as we were well on top. I would like to give credit to Atlunkard for there second goal when they took a clever corner and scored from it. But Eddie Lee got up well to score the winner after Anthony Lee got a cracker....... Roll on the Hoops...

Pike 3 - 2 Athlunkard. 0-1 ht

Last min goal from Pike............. sickner.! we were 2-1 up with 15 mins left pike levelled with a rocket, then the turning point..... we had a 1-1 with 2mins left and missed it, pike went up the other end and scored from a corner........ over the 90 mins pike played the better and created alot of pressure but we were v dangerous on the break and had great chances. any more slip ups from us will prob finish our season.

Thats a joke of a result is there no common sense at all with cals surely Ldmc will have to look at whats going on here 15 or 16 turning up for the B games and the A team non existent.

No, cals b game vs moyross was called off and moyross played athlunkard instead. Don't know why to be honest.

We Were Missing Our Remaining A Players All 3 Off Them And we Gave The Lads Who Dont Get Games For The B Team A Chance To Play Thats why Cappamore Won 11-0 Next Season Our B Team Will Be The New Cals A Team In Division 1B Or 2A And im More Then Confident Things Will Get Better Soon With The New Managers And New Team Next Season

Lads, can anyone confirm how many teams are due to get relegated from this division, considering there are only 11 teams in it?

I don't know if the 3 Cals "A" players would have made much of a difference by the sounds of it. Abbeybale has brought up an interesting quetion though, if only 11 in the league might there only be 1 team relegated? If that is the case it may be a straight shoot out between Cals and Dromore. Going by Dromore's form though, looks as though they have been fairly unlucky in games lately, while the poor Cals lads have been getting hidings.

One relegated as far as I know. I remember it happening a few years ago but can't remember with who. I think Pallasgreen would already be deemed to be relegated because they were there as the league started. I'd imagine that the same will happen in 1A...Boro B and one more will be relegated.
