So if you were doing something at the weekends that you liked doing, like for example fixing cars and you were getting paid for it, you wouldn't consider that a job? Not even a part time job? Ice-man, Maybe the above Clubs will get a few players here and there but happens every year anyway with all clubs and they are all Junior players, Shannon Town and Shannon Hibs have school boys/girls starting from the age of 3 years old so it can only improve things.Again, Lets see what happens.

Would it not be better for shannon hibs and shannon town to join clare league? lets be honest theres going to be alot of unhappy players, it would be a good move for all as the rivalry would be back on track and these two clubs would have a good chance of making a proper name for themselves. I cant see this SUPER CLUB winning any premier title in limerick. Standard of pitches and facilities in clare league is second to none now. Would be super move for two teams!
shannon towns problems are theyre own fault. they took on too big a squad and forgot bout the players that got them there.
surely they are better than to have 1point all season. if this goes ahead its a joke. they were asked and refused. bad move for football in the town if it did happen back to the clare league with them because they will never win the premier in limerick.

I think in the long run that a team from shannon will have a much better chance of doing well in limerick league with only one team from the town so hopefully if it goes through it'll turn out to be a good move,def dont think that they should join clare league standard is much higher in Limerick, dont think that the clubs joining together and winning the clare premier would be much of an achievment.

yeah i forget the super wonderfull team by the name of avenue seem to think that the title only belongs to them ..it would be a big bonus for the clare league to get this club back into clare personally i cant see it happening and a lot of half decent lads playing ball in shannon at the moment and they would not need to gel/improve much to be in with a shot of winning clare league title.

Surely it can't be because he will play for a team in a lower division.
Great signing for Manus.......unfortunate loss for Avenue, though they are sure to make a new signing or two in the next few weeks.
Lets hope he stays on the Clare Panel, they need to be firing on all cylinders to beat this talented Galway side.

adrian left at start of dec and has already played for manus, he couldnt give the time or commitment to train or make games so he left to play with his brother at manus,, same situation with the oscars, couldnt train or make the game. he wasnt dropped, there was no trouble in any camp he just couldnt commit,,
he had a great yr last with the double with avenue and the oscars.. we wish him well
