There's no such thing as luck. Victories for the underdog are an aberration on the order of the universe - which is why I've had damn few loses in my time

one of the lads was at the first half of Coonagh-Shels and he said a certain Shels player could of got his marching orders a number of times if the ref had balls

    Park win 1 nil

Great win for us today, weather was a major factor, very hard to play in those conditions, pitch was a joke not even lined, delighted to get the 3 points, not an easy place to get points.
Sure it was a grand ole team to play for....Sure it was a grand ole team to know..

    Hail Hail!!

Good game, Coonagh always ahead 2-0, 4-2, Shels got last in injury time, deserved the win. Clean game as well, alot of mouthing but no bad tackles. Must say pitch was exceptional, credit to the groundsman.

It's a definite result and a very good result for the View.Tough game out in Bruff giving that the weather wasnt the best and the pitch was awlful.Bruff took the lead after about 20 mins,View equalised not long later with Bruff scoring again and the view scoring their second,2-2 at half time.Second half was exciting with both teams getting chances but the View got the winner with 15 mins to go.View could have scored 2 more goals later on in the game.Experience and hard working got the result that the View needed to stay up around the top.

    Murroe 1-0 Pike

Poor game played in terrible conditions on a horrible pitch. We went behind early to a sloppy goal. A cross we should have cut out from the right found the smallest player on the pitch who headed in from six yards as our keeper came out.
After that it was a battle against the conditions. We should have had a penalty and had a goal ruled out wrongly for offside but the ref gave the decisions against us. Having said that he had a good game so no real complaints. On another day we could have won 2-1. But not to be. At least we don't have to go out there again this season which I'm very happy about.
