    Team in Dingle? (OT)

I think someone has some bad repressed memories about dolphins, just because one did something bad to you doesnt mean they are all bad

No he's right dolphins are generally crap

On the Dingle thing if a team from Kerry does enter the league they'd be most likely based in Tralee, Dingle is too far out of the way and too small

A friend of mine pronounced on his stag do in Cork on Saturday that his fantasy is to have sex with a Dolphin's blow-hole. No chance at all of that making the Best Man's speech, oh no....

Where's Dingle ?? Is that anywhere near An Daingean/Daingean an Chuis in Kerry ...?

steve ye big dope, ye might know where dingle - an daingean - is or is not, but you don't remember simple things like EMPTYING your inbox....can you pm me your number as I think I have the temp one from germany...cheers

on that note, i remember some people on here who spoke "northern irish" i.e. gweedore etc pronouncing names completely WRONG. the g/f was saying the name ROisín, and she pronounced it ROSHEEN, rosheen - its a boys name, and its not spelt like that either, anyhow why can't ye pronounce irish names CORRECTLY up there. Cathal is another one that really gets me with ye i.e. ca-th-le ( like cahill the surname )instead of Cá-hel
Last edited by paul_oshea; 23/10/2006, 3:26 PM. Reason: cathal the firstname not cahill the surname!!!! obviouslly

Why does Colin Powell pronounce his Christian name Co-lyn but doesn't pronounce his surname, Poe-ell? It's either one or the other, you thick sack of crap!

Original premise was faultless, in fairness.

                          rapey cnuts.
