Great win for Balla today going for 3 in a row in the Lawson. Extra time and penos would have been the last thing Pike wanted.

Good result for Ballananty ,keeps their season alive and a couple of wily veterans played their part in that win.Janesboro continue on their merry way hammering a very youthfull Fairview,Carew fail to turn up to play Holycross,Moyross hammered ...again,Regional beat Aisling though their season is just gonig like all those previous to this one.

          Did they??

Gary Neville, Jason Mullins, Eddie Donovan, Pat Mullins, Brian O’Callaghan, Shane Walsh, Darragh Carroll, Steven McGann, Eoin Hanrahan, Paddy O’Malley, Cian Collins according to the Leader. Wouldn’t call that a lot of young lads?

Gary Neville, Shane walsh and Cian Collins are all young lads some of the youths have played against Killarney Celtic away and northend on in particular scored so very healthy looking , let's hope they can add to the success sat

                I see

best of luck to Pike on Saturday anyway. Hope they do it.

Big game the following week v Boro in the Munster junior final too, it would be a big ask for them to do both.

Lawson on Sunday as well, Balla at home to AA. I fancy them to win but lose to Boro in the final. If Boro overcome Geraldine’s which they probably should.

                My predictions:

FAI: Pike. The experienced players to win it for them.
Munster: Boro. Don’t think pike will have the fuel in the tank to beat them 6 days after the Aviva.
Lawson: Boro. Too much firepower for either Balla or AA or Geraldine’s.
                Ha?

Pike will have too much for northend and will win , playing the Munster junior final 6 days after the fai gives boro a huge advantage an advantage I think they will need.

Pike worthy winners , credit to pike with so many players missing. Boros top players fail to produce in big occasions.

Some result for Pike,a lot of Janesboro players missing in action ,not a bad game but not a lot a chances either.Super goal from Mcgann and he played well along with a few others who upped their game from last week when like Boro players on Friday night failed to produce.Dont know how the referee gave Boro,s goal. or maybe it was the linesman?.

word around the campfire is another club will be going into Glenbrook, odd one if so but needs must. Wembley maybe? Or Limerick FC?
