Others on this would argue you get robbed playing away aswell like and in coachfords case the pressure is on Pike there clear favourites so no pressure on Coachford really

Blarney st o-4 Wilton friendly up in mayfield com Wilton tore them apart could have been easily 10 sad to see an average Wilton side doing that to a premier aul team .

We were robbed playing Janesboro two weeks ago. Don't get me wrong they were at least a couple of levels above us and totally deserved the win but decisions went in their favour all game. We take a quick throw and are in on goal and their players start shouting it's not a match ball and ref stops the game to 'check'. The peno they got was never a penalty and their keeper even said he could see our centre half getting the ball from where he was., red card!!! The refs down here are afraid of being biased so they do the opposite and they are doing it for years.

I hope coachford do very well, not only for the players, the management and the Cork AUL but to put him in his place!!

Yes he did 1for at the end I suppose when Wilton relaxed .
Wind was a spoiler alright but I thought blarney st would have been better probably being a bit harsh on blarney st it's just they have some quality players on there team

Hubba, to the best of my knowledge Pikes last 2 visits to Cork to play Aul Prem sides they were hot favorites to wipe the floor with Leeside and Grattan respectively an then win the Fai there after.

I was at both games, The Gratts beat Pike fair an square. The Leeside game was 0/0 till Leeside had a man sent of with 10 mins to go an evemtually lost 2 nil.

I would be the first to admit Pike are outright favourites, class side, class club. But id also be the first to admit that Pike are notoriously well known in munster football circles for doin a Sonia in big games away from home.

Give Coachford a bit of credit, they have made great strides since Micky took over an if I know the man the way i do he will have his homework done on Pike an theres a good chance of an upset id say. Best of luck to um.
                              Their's only one Dinny Pop's.
