Limerick Division 2A 2008/09

I have to agree a little with Lankyboy.Kennedy Park seem to be talkin themselves up a lot.They just don't have enough quality players.A lot of solid players(battlers if you like).2 in midfield,2 down the left,2 centre backs,1 of the front players.All good,solid players but not enough quality.Mind you,they have been missing their 2 best footballers:Joe Rooney's injured & Nashers the Hyde traitor was away on holidays.They should come strong when they get back.Time for them to stop bein so confident until they get their best team out.Results is all that matters and right now Kennedy Park's aren't up to scratch

I've been reading this forum for a few days now and i noticed that there is alot of people showing aggresion towards others that talk themselfs up.i think easy easy and summervile talk alot of truths.i was up watchen k.p. against aisling.Yes kp had alot of chances and could have been 3-2 up at the half.But aisling used there percentage of the ball better.By the end they were running the ball in to the corners wasting time.so summervile and easyeasy are spot on with not much between 2A up to premier.k.p. have a good young side that will get it right and move up its between them and summervile and balla to go up

there you go again bragging about kennedy park... i hear there's a new name for kennedy park... simply replace the word "kennedy" with "nearly" and the word park with "boys"... coz ye nearly beat everyone!!!!!
People should realise that k.p. are young team with ambition and it comes across as been cocky.But be warned it will fall in 2place and when it does they will lash a few teams.And the nearly boys will have the last laugh.

Besides Abbey there are no stand out bad teams in the division so they need to start getting points from home games before even more players will move on!

The league tables don't tell a lie.team r in there place in the table for a reason.every team in this division has there own hard look story {the player was offside when he scored,we'r creating a bag load of chance's,the ref screw'd us,it's to cold out ,there feild was a disgrace}bla bla bla,it's the same in evey division.jesus can't ye just get on with it & the better player's should start to stand up & be count'd in game's.& once that happen's the player's around will gel together.bcause lad's it cud b along winter & team's should stat putting point's on the board.BEFORE IT TOO LATE...:ball::ball::ball:

with regards to hyde, ye have lovely players going forward but yere defence lets ye down. ye will always score goals. if ye sorted out the back 4 ye would be a match for anyone in this division. that small guy that plays on the left wing is class

actually you can ask any of the athlunkard lads about our defending, far from brilliant. i'm gonna sound like easy easy now makin excuses but we haven't had the same back 4 for more than 1 game. both full backs were injured. missin a few this weekend as well, gonna be very tricky vs polonia luimni. very good team. still though, out of 5 league games we've conceded 5 goals and 3 of those were against hospital so we're not doin too bad at the back. need to get our best back 4 playin week in week out

i'd agree with u on that bout the country team's.. but u cant condem ane team from a division this early,let's behonest.2-3 win's on the bounce and the whole table look's different.plus i think 99% of the time the country team's will fade away in the new year esp when they play away from home....
lad's there's only 2 r 3 team's on this thread big'n up there club's,it's the club's that don't come on here after a match saying they should ave done this should ave done that to-day.. there the club's that will be there come the end of the season......:p:p

j rooney is a gud defender,but his a better striker & as far as i know his injured at the moment..as for the player's running the team,the club has two people involved in picking the team on a sunday.just like evey other club.i dont think there's a club around where there's only one person involved.& as for who ever shouts the loudest too get there place.name the player's??? ane one who mouth's bout playing out of s favour'd position then should'nt play..if a clud has 16 or so player's sign'd then who ever gat's a game should just get on with.
