Pure comedy,we dominated the whole first half they got out the half once with the goal from the right winger,he was the only threat and with our full back line back he wont be much of one when we play them again!
I think they scored from every shot they got and we missed at least 7 great chances!
It was just one of those games you get once a year that everything goes wrong but im not to worried about it as we made a lot of changes that day and it went a bit wrong,we have learned from that!


ya they took ther chances ye didnt. they obviously deserved to win so. end of story. ye lost and deserved to move on.

your all talk ye think all yer players are class and ye only finished 4th in 2b ye shouldnt even be in this division as for athlunkard being the weakest team the score doesn't lie and all i can remember of yere chances was one clear cut besides yer goal. they beat ye once and they'll beat ye again and they'll finish above ye. plus the only team to beat ye is athlunkard.. i bet your comment on monday will say ye were missing 2 to 3 squad players and ye missed a load of chances the same as every other game. if you spend more time away from the PC you might get fitter and help your team a bit more

Jesus the whole atlunkard squad is on here today,and i dont have a clue what game you were watching,but they are the weakest team we played and there 2 losses already prove they wont last to long,

man gettin into arguments about a game that ye deserved to lose is only gonna rile people up for the next time ye play each other. and the last game was played in great spirits, with no bad tackles, only one booking i think. there's no harm in admitting ye lost to a better team like. athlunkard finished 3rd in 2A while kennedy park finished 4th in 2B last season. nobody is saying ye don't have a good team, but saying that athlunkard are the weakest just because ye lost to them doesn't make any sense? i don't play for athlunkard by the way but i know a few of the lads

Spot on,think we overplayed a bit v Villa and then got caught out on the counter,the other games v Balla and the country boys are nothing but battles with very little in it and i think that suits us a bit better,
Still a long way to go yet anyone can beat each other

Go to past premier pitch and you crossover the Dual Carrriageway and reach roundabout , go straight ahead follow road till end and you reach T Junction, turn left and its up that road about 1/2km on your right in a field :)

i watched ye beat cals 4-0 at home, played them off the pitch. cals are a dirty side and their pitch is terrible.
aisling's premier pitch is lovely, feel sorry for the B team though playin on that pitch in Killonan all the time, christ it's like a marsh. but ya st. pat's pitch come to think of it is a disgrace, hardly any grass on it.

if we were training twice a week and were able to put it in for 90 instead of 75 we would have won today. 5 out of 6 came from some great crosses but we played every bit as good as them and and scored some great goals. only difference was fitness and the two injuries didnt help our cause either. good account of ourselves now time to kick on and fight for promotion

We should of had them dead and buried at half time,insead we were 2-1 down with them scoring a free kick and for the only time in the game they opened us up!
They then went 4-1 early in the second with 2 headers from corners were we defended terribly!
That then woke us up at last and we started taking our chances and made it 4-3 with 10 minutes to go,we pushed for the equaliser but we just couldnt get the break of the ball and the game ended with them running it into the corners wasting time.

I would have to agree there seems to be alot of bitterness towards kennedy park and i must have been wearing the same glasses as easy easy as i was at the game sunday and aisling should have been 2 goals behind at half time but miss chances let park down aisling led 2-1 at the break.The second half was quite a even game with aisling scoring two headers from corner kicks and park the last 15 minutes getting two back to leave a scary 5 minutes for aisling.Would say kennedy park look a fine team with good young players should be interesting to see were they finish in there league.I would put my money on them to win 2a if they can keep up these performances.Also i was talkin to a few lads play for regional who said atlunkard were very unlucky against them they just didnt have the legs in the end.These result show 2a football is at a good stantard maybe no difference between them and 1a our the poorer teams in premier

You have to put into perspective that teams from lower divisions are a lot more up for some of these games than their premier counterparts. A one off result like this doesn't mean what you are trying to say. Neither Athlunkard or Kennedy Park would stay up in the premier over the course of a season.

Not at all. Castle finished in top two for a few seasons in a row and with Eddie Hickey in goals they will be hard to beat. I fancy them for top four finish.

In my OPINION,i dont think that castle will finish in the top 4..Maybe 5th or 6th but not the top 4..We put 4 past eddie hickey out in there place a few weeks ago.He is not the keeper he was but he will do a good job for them.They have about 4-5 handy players to be honest but other than that i don't think they will be strong enough.
