The multiples are always a bit different to the 'singles' so I wouldn't base it on the price I took.

Still worth a punt anyhow with them being at home. I've also done a double on FC Honka and Rapid Wien, both at 8/13.

Nice to make a few quid out of that. Happy days.

I'd love to be tipping a Pats win ... but I'm not .. so instead I'm tipping Krylya Sovetov Samara -1 at the very big odds of 9/4 with sportingbet.

Also, Fenerbahce are expected to beat Honved quite convincingly, as Honved came 14th/16 in Hungary last season and qualify as cup runners-up. Fenerbahce -2 is 29/20 with sportingbet also.

Russians walking around Liffey Valley earlier. Jan Koller and an inportant centre half didn't travel. Don't appear to be talking us all that seriously

Obvioulsy they should still win handily enough but I'd be wary about them pressing on looking for goals to cover any handicaps

Fair ****s to ya, Bettor, finished 5-1. I thought Fener would win, but never would have backed -2 in a million years. I was one goal out on my eight-match accumulator tonight, NAC beat Polonia Warsaw 1-0, had it down as a draw. Bleeding gutted. :(

Beaten favourite last time out, should do the business here. Looks likely to be odds on when the prices come out. Berties Dream is the danger, Fly the Fairway a dark horse also.

Definitive Edge, 19:50 Sligo. Trained by Mullins, Ruby is the jockey. 7/4 best price with ladbrokes at the moment but I think there's better on betfair. I'm throwing him into a double with Glenstal Abbey, works out @4.32 with ladbrokes but better on betfair.

I think so too. Lithuanians are in the middle of their domestic season too, so they should have enough to get by.

Birmingham seem to have a good few injuries according to their own website. I know teams usually put 10 behind the ball at Old Trafford, but I really fancy Man U to come out all guns blazing and put a few past 'em. Joe Hart will need to be on top of his game, and then some.

Put a small stake on Man U to win plus Rooney to score at 11/10. Same bet with Owen or Berbatov to score is 13/10 (Paddy)

Dunno, Wolves did seem to have a fair few chances against West Ham. Seemed a little unlucky in front of goal to me.

It's a fair price, but I wouldn't be putting too much on it.

what about doing Wigan at 3/4 to beat the hell out of Wolves?

Coventry away to Doncaster at 21/10

Leeds away to Walsall at 10/11

crusaders at 10/11 to beat cliftonville

P Idowu in the triple jump at 10/3

c Obergfull at 5/1 in the Javelin in front of a home crowd

and E Kembroi at 5/2 in the steeplchase

is that enough "tips":p

5/1 Hermaphrodite looks like the value bet to me. Although I'm not sure if that's a gender that can be defined by a test like this, I'm sure most hermaphrodites are genitically slightly more one or the other.

eL Bettor
20/08/2009, 11:08 AM
I think 1/2 female is the big value but PP appears to have taken down the betting.
According to Wikipedia there is no confirmed case of 100% hermaphrodites in humans.

At the risk of appearing over optimistic (which I'm not), I think Betfair's evens on Ireland to win at the weekend is good value.

I reckon if it wasn't for the 2006 result and the situation was assessed based on recent form I would have thought we'd be strong favourites so going to go heavy on this.

Will be heartbroken if we don't manage a win anyway so what's a few quid down the drain in that case, and if we manage it then the upside will be all the sweeter. Come on Ireland!!!!!!

What bets are people doin for the up coming qualifers?
I've done a treble on Poland, France, Israel all to win... Was tempted to put a Macedonia victory in there too. Im thinking I'll do that bet seperately.
Also
Ireland, Bulgaria, and a draw between Italy & Georgia is tempting too

In fairness, that's better than having all but one come in! Better to feck it up completely than to get it nearly right I reckon :)
