I agree its telling on the two people who tried to take it down
That female who tried to take it down, well I didn't like the slogan/badge/label on her jeans...perhaps I should try and take them down too.

I thought it was an Ireland flag ??
Not in my book. Again it doesnt belong at an Ireland game. Your point about her jeans is infantile.

I disagree, he was making the point that it is wrong to interfere with someone else's property regardless of your personal feelings. As I said previously I disagree with any text on the flag but this does not give me or anyone else the right to interfere with said flags.

Harmless fun. Dont mind what's put on tricolours as long as its not english clubs. The fact that this has to be pointed out sums up a lot of Ireland fans.

What about British clubs like Celtic, Cliftonville or even Cardiff ?,or is it just the English you dislike?

I'd like for you to go to Solitude and tell them they're british. Or tell the numerous Cliftonville flag owners at Ireland games the same. I dont dislike the english just no reason to put english club sides on an Irish flag. Fail to see how hard that is to understand. Unless you are a WUM.

No problem with your personal opinion in this but I have to admit I honestly don't get it.
What's wrong with English clubs in particular - did you miss the signing of the Good Friday Agreement?
FWIW - Given our govt guidelines my own opinion is that its wrong to deface the flag with anything.

No my friend it sums you up and the double standards you apply to this issue. I presume you also object to players from English clubs playing for us?

Well seeing as they play in the Eircom league Derry would be an Irish club, but seeing as Cliftonville play in N. Ireland they are considered a British club, just like Celtic are a British club, and if the flag controller wants to complain about Chelsea on a tricolour then Cliftonville or Celtic should get the same abuse, or is it just the English that get abused around here.
By the way Bratislava was ok in my book when I travelled there a few years back, nice eastern European city not quite the standards of some cities in the west but if you go to a developing eastern European country thats what you sort of expect. Some of the people here complaining about beers, taxis, nightclubs etc would want to take a trip back to the 70's or 80's in Dublin.

Seems little point in debating anything with you as you cannot conduct a debate in a civil manner and resort to insult when the obvious inconsistencies in your views are exposed.
