I was holding out to hear from a few contacts to see if i got a ticket before I posted a message on this site. I am travelling in on Friday with my son (6) and I want to bring him to his first Irish game. As a father living in the UK its important to me that he grows up knowing his Irish background and that he supports the right team. So if anybody has three or less spare tickets ( I have a brother coming in from Bermuda also) then I would appreciate a help. I am not a regular poster to the site - but I am a real Irish fan.

It used to be much easier to get tickets a few years ago, was surprised the Israelis took up all of their allocation.
Last time I emailed the fai about the block booking scheme, they more or less told me it was too long so dont bother. Are they actually putting names on the list now?

got two tickets today so am sorted for sat now cause was one short.. offered other ticket to one of the lads but am waiting to hear back.. will sell on to someone here if he doesnt take cause rather that than one of the lads who isnt that bothered.. will let you know when i do ... face value unlike some of the newcomers on here ...

Need 2 tickets myself. Rang the FAI today and they said that they have no other tickets being returned by the Israelian FA a good while back.Even emailed the Israelian FA, got nothing back and after us spending all our money in their pubs in March.

Is there any merit in having one thread for ticket availability for each home (and possibly away) games. People could post their ticket needs, and those with tickets available could post accordingly, or make contact via pm

This would solve all the problems of people coming on looking for tickets posting the same topic over and over, and might increase the chances of those who post earlier rather than later getting a ticket from someone else on the board?

Dont do that flea whatever happens.
worse case scenario hang around untill 10 mins into the game, try and get one face value then, if not hop into the nearest pub.

Lads if its like this for an Israel game, the french and swiss games are going to be next to impossible to get a ticket.
