Claremorris 4- 1 Killala,
more injuries, and 2 deaths cost us 2 players last night, 2-1 into injury time, pushed for a equalizer conced 2 late goals, 2 weeks till we play again, hopefully we can get a couple of the injured players back for then,. Verry tight at top and bottom.

The next round of fixtures sees ballglass travel to swinford, ballyglass are in a rich vein of form and swinford having a very strong home record until their defeat to Westport B.... Killala away for us, always has been a tough one for us down through the years and especially with them hovering about the relegation zone they will be out to do us....

with the fixtures down in 2 weeks for sheid and cup semi's, i see no team from premier A is left in either competition, would it be impossible to try and get the round of fixtures played this wkend instead of the 21st sep which hopefully will be an all-ireland final for mayo, any thoughts? (disregard this if mayo lose)

Giggs put us 1 up at ht but 3 goals in the sh won it deserdvaly for Rangers. With Celtic B wining and still to play Urlaur you would think they are safe.

Big weekend ahead. Conn Rangers and Ballyglass will be hopeful of making it a memorable one. A win for Westport leaves them in the mix for the title on the final day with Ballyglass to play then. Amazing how far swinford drifted away in the end

Westport Utd. 7 - 0 Killala
They took the lead after 2 minutes, pretty even 1st half after that, scored the 2nd early in the 2nd half then the laast 5 came in a devastating last 10-15 minutes. We are at least in a play-off, if we loose to Partry and Rangers somehow loose to Snugbora. Congrats to Ballyglass and Conn Rangers who are promoted to the Super league. Rangers must be favourite for the title as they play Snugbora and Ballyglass playing Westport.

We will do our best for ye round tower, Ive been waiting 5 months to see how good this snugboro pitch is, hope it lives up to how it's billed. Delighted to get up to super league, I'd say everyone will be happy to know Erris look like staying in super league would have been a dirty trip for teams. Played Partry last night, they were down a few lads but game was played at huge intensity and led 3 0 with ten mins to go but FairPlay to them the kept going and scored 2.

Partry 1-2 Killala, goals from Giggs and Collie gave us the 3 points that made us safe by ourselves. Congrats to Conn Rangers on wining the league, hard luck to Ballyglass but congrats on wining promotion. Good luck to them in the super league next season. Hard luck to Snugbora on been relegated. It has been a good league overall, going back to the 10 teams divisions was a great move, the league title and relagation both came down to the last day. done to

Well done to Conn and Ballyglass didn't get to many of the games at the end but sad to see how Swinford faded away in the end.

No you have just about missed the boat. The transfer window deadline is tomorrow. You need four secretary to sign it. Both clubs and both leagues. You can then only come back from December to January else you have to wait till June again. So you would miss 6 weeks of Mayo league games. Its not really worth it . I played a season in roscommon . Lots of games called off. You can nearly count out 8 weeks in block of having no game. Pitches are poor and cannot be cut. In the west its really just a league for GAA players to keep fit in winter but the choice is yours you have 48 hours! Some clubs are fairly good with facilities like all weather pitches and floodlights but 75% are not. Its not a requirement to have changing facilities either in the lower leagues so you really go back in time but Im just giving you a heads up. Hope it helps.
