Ya horse heard about the youths and 19s but they are really struggling for older players. A lot going to new Shipping League team, The Ferry Arms. Even outside of that they were very poor this year

Not sure of the situation,id imagine the likes of mervue dont have a stadium,in any case the pitch being talked about out in CIT has a stadium on one side of the pitch!

Met a man deeply involved in cork city,tommy dunne is very close to being sacked after recent results and crazy post match interviews,and who are they speaking to about taking over,John caulfield and John cotter have been spoken to about talking the reigns,and caulfield as the gaffer,very interesting,keep an eye on this one.

Graham mc is done to be gone, kev mul has made it clear he wanted to go, you only have to walk around douglas village and you get all the gossip on the comings and goings and plus the older players spratty/mucky calling it a day, kiernan also calling it a day, deccie dodgy hamstrings, chubbs going to OZ, podge possible return to the hall, there all thr roumours flying around as of last night but ONLY rumours, very hard to keep things quiet in cork, someone always knows someone!

I would be very surprised if a club like Avondale where to give the manager's job to Niall O Regan, his style of football is not pleasing on the eye at all and its the same everywhere he coaches. fair enough he got Bandon promoted to premier but i have seen him underachieve with the AUL Oscar Traynor team twice when he had the pick of every player in the league and picked poorly, he also done the exact same looking after Cork Schoolboy Teams over the past few years.

Do you not think the avondale team played far to many games this season being a so called avondale supporter ur self. They beat sherrif at the start of the season beat cork city and limirick to get to the munster final. There playing 3 game a week for a whole month obviously they have ran out of gas there is no team could play 3 games aweek.

Maybe back to their own clubs that they were robbed from first day? By Avondale doing what they did sucked the life out of a competitive league, now Avondale will struggle on all fronts, there are more levels to football than Senior and its a shame Dale have blinkers on and can only see one team. Running a club with an eye on its short term future and pulling funds from schoolboys and kids to use on the top level. Think Avondale are a great side and they can only be congratulated on their success but the running of the club makes me sick to my stomach.
