how do ya get a job as a manager on this, not a clue what im doing ha

haha go to the forums and into the republic of ireland section, ask any questions you have there, feel free to start a new thread just for yourself, irelands probably the friendliest league in the game, i'll give you whatever help you need there, and if your really confused, ask can you be someones assistant manager for a while so you will get a feel for how everything works and you wont have as much responsibility,

be warned management in this isn't for the faint hearted, its similar football manager only your going have to manage real people and you can give them a bollocking during the game:D

still 2 defenders needed, anyone want to do me a favor and join just to make the character and you can never log in again if you don't want to, you wont get any annoying mail or anything and a lot of people would appreciate it, theres a guy who has been waiting for over a month to manage this team and we cant unlock it until we get the defenders

team 17 and 18 were created in the space of 24hrs, interest is really picking up on this, need players of every position for team 19, theres 6 active teams in the 2nd division now :)

we only need 3 defenders, for team 19 to be created, so nows a great time to join if you haven't already

in the 2nd division all 6 teams currently unlocked are active now so team 19 would be great, 7 teams created and active in the space of 1 season is one hell of an achievement for a country our siize :)

1 defender short of a team, for any of you who have joined before and quit out of confusion in the past, myself and chris there as well as 3 other lads have been doing a fair amount of work for the irish community within fid so joining and getting along in the game is a much simpler task than it was in the past

This is a really enjoyable game and you meet loads of great people from all over the world. Irish league is going strength to strength with great competition in the newer teams.
