Well as I bought my Canon 500D I should be back on track this week taking pic's. I've chosen to read the manual this time as its a fine piece of kit. Going to the FA Cup first round tie between Northwich Victoria and Charlton Athletic so going to put it through its paces on Saturday.

Pic's to follow.

Keep em coming in the meantime.

Cos there are no meerkats in ireland and benno has never gone further than the british and irish isles :p

The colour is very bright for meerkats. Are prairie dogs and meerkats teh same thing? They both do that nosey/curiosity neck thingie.

Simples.

Thanks. There's probably a bit too much sky with not a lot going on in it, but I didn't bother cropping anything out.

Taken using the Canon 500D yesterday. For me its photography like I've never known before as the quality of camera came into play in capturing exactly what I saw.

Some great colours in this and I wanted to capture that.

Mr A takes dramatic steps on hearing of the FAI's termination of contact with Derry City. Not so much on the demise of Derry City so much as the fact the FAI actually made a decision on something.

Kearney is somewhat protesting but Mr A seems to have his mind made up. If the FAI can make a decision then surely Mr A can walk on water.
