Dromore 2 Moyross 3

Good game, went all the way til the end. Moyross were well on top at 2-0 but a goal from Dromore saw Moyross lose their shape a little. Moyross went 3-1 up and then a long range free kick straight in made it 3-2 and provided a very close finish. The better team won but no idea why Dromore are rock bottom.

Totally agree Dromore are a handy team, they gave us 2 good games. They just haven't got the results, it's a pity to see them bottom, hopefully they'll keep all their players and maybe next season push for the higher end of the table..:ball:

Why are Dromore rock bottom?

As I said before i dont think we deserve to be as we aren't as bad as the table looks. Someone then said dont fool ourselves as the table doesn't lie. True that but it seems other teams recognise we arent as ****e as the table says we are.

We cant answer that ourselves for the life of us folks. I think we gave up on the league a long time ago. Its a new team and we only know each other now and peoples positions are getting sorted. We have a new manager the last few weeks and he will make a big difference. We have left so many points behind us in games. Yes we got hammered a few times. We lost a number of good players to our A team. Some players refused to tackle, fitness was a big problem but all that is improving. Just in time for the end of season pss up!! :-)

St Pauls A 3 - 0 Shannon Town B

St Pauls had a completley different team to what plays in the league for them week in week out. Could have sworn this was the league cup.......

Was it a one sided game or just a totally different team?

They'll always target the league cups, for some reason they don't seem bothered with the league

Na we weren't expecting that result, all you have to do is go back a few weeks and see our result against St Pauls B Team, what a farce of a cup, how can a team get away with playing their A team in it??? Their centre half was the only player who lined out against us in the league this year from their starting line up on sunday. Might take a trip in when their playing in the 3B cup and see how many of the same players are playing.. And if they are surely it gives grounds to throw them out of it does it not??

Definitely grounds for objection. Even if only one player turns out to be and A signed player.

Also if a lot of their players have signed B but play A then that rules them out of the 3B cup. Only A signed players can play with their A team in the Cup.

Exactly my point and they've used most of their A team players in the division 4 cup, so that's leaves them with 3 options for the 3B cup play illegal players, or as kingofkillteely said give a walkover or play their B team and get hammered..

The B team players can't play in the 3B cup unless they have signed A forms which means they are out for B matches anyway. Basically no matter what way you look at it if they played A players in the Division 4 Cup they are going to try play them in the 3B one which is illegal.

Definitely different keeper, left back, right back, centre half, midfield and strikers so technically only one of the centre halves(Mick) was the only one who started against us this season.;) Mister Ed just out of curiosity how many players have St. Pauls signed on a B form 30 or 40??:p

Well Caherdavin B have 31 lads signed last i checked. Its very possible some lads have transfered down. Its just a case of seeing who plays for their A team in the cup now. If even one player that played against Shannon plays then they will know they played illegal players in one of the games.

Ya true, if they do play illegal players and an objection goes in will both A and B teams be taken out of the cups?

Quite possibly, espcially if there has been a mix of A playing with B in the cup and vice versa.
