Whose Line... was Clive Anderson. There's nobody left in the UK who hasn't hosted Have I Got news by now.

Clive James Postcards from... was one of the TV shows I remember. That and his Guardian column 'Reports of my Death'. Oh! He also gave us the Cuban pop sensation that is Margarita Pracataaaaaan...

Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.

Marie Fredriksson of Roxette, aged 61. Some serious tunes in that catalogue. RIP.

Probably the best Python who wasn't, and weird, wonderful and brilliant with the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band. Wholly under appreciated. Oh, heck, one more for the road.

He was also chief minstrel singing behind "Brave" Sir Robin in "The Quest For The Holy Grail".

Either Gaybo is lonely or someone in RTE's payroll department is being over-zealous on the cutbacks ...

    Marian Finucane and Larry Gogan.
