Downloading from web tv

Has anyone been able to download or save a video from web tv. I want to download something from the web player on TG4 site but don't know where to start.

I believe TG4 is on a WMP stream, which would make it easy to capture in WMR 11, its been a few months since I watched it though, they could've changed
