I was trying to watch Ray on ITV last night, great movie, but I actually only got half way through and couldn't deal with any more of it. The wee man in the corner was getting more attention than the movie itself.

I get the same with subtitles. Watching a movie, in english, but with foreign (Serbian, Croatian, Russian) subtitles underneath, and I'm reading along instead of watching. Helps with the lingo though - maybe we can all learn sign language the same way?
