He was deliberately saying common phrases that Dutch players say, when they speak English, he was having a joke, I would think.
87% of the Dutch can speak English. McClaren made an idiot of himself in the interview with the fake Dutch accent and the gestures associated with broken English. The whole interview was translated and who was he trying to kid?
