    Site slow at times?

Has anybody had a problem recently with the site just freezing once in a while? Say I'm refreshing a page, or going to the next page of a thread - the site seems to just freeze, and eventually I get the firefox message telling me the connection was timed out (or similar words).

    Or is it just me?

I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.

I'll be in the DC tomorrow, I'll give the server a kick, it needs a reboot anyway.

Sometimes, when you click to open a topic, the page freezes for about 5-10 secs before you can use the mouse to scroll.

It happens to me once in a while. I don't think it's foot.ie specific. Maybe the latest firefox is just handling some error message badly.

S ince I have started using Mozilla Firefox this has been happening with some sites including this one.It seems to be happening a lot more in the last week.
Thought maybe I picked up a trojan horse or virus but its not appearing when I do a scan.
    Any ideas?

I've been suffering from this of late and even loading the index at the first instance takes a bit of time.

I'd rather have a slow site than no site at all. I was having withdrawal symptoms last night, it didn't feel normal to go to sleep without a quick check of foot, and I just can't start work in the morning without a glance through what's new. Back to normal now thank the stars.

    I was exaggerating a bit obviously, sorry I didn't include a smilie...

I have got into the habit of checking in fairly regularly though, so it is a bit odd when it's not there.
