Congrats! Beat Wycombe 2-1 on aggregate to reach the Division Three play offs, where they'll face Rochdale. I can now win E50 if they beat a team who've only ever once won promotion in their 100 years of league football.
I make it that he's the third former UCD player to have played a senior game at Wembley. Any takers on the other two?
Yep.
Your second trivia question - who's Gary Dicer?!
Must check if Tony McCarthy ever got there.
Gary Dicker got himself promoted to League One

Stockport Cty 3-2 Rochdale, oh yeah , it was a League Two play-off alright.
Well done Gary hope you continue your success in the new Division.

This is just great. Next stop; full international cap.

Was thinking the same!
Though in seriousness, McFaul got two minutes in six months for Brighton, who were on the fringes of the play offs. Dicker's gotten a full season under his belt and is first choice for them, but it'll have to be seen if he gets strengthened out of the starting line up.
Until then, congrats Gary, and I'm E40 up!
Think I'll take over this as the general Gary Dicker thread. Schumi - can you get rid of Mr Dicer from the title please?
Brighton drawn away to Aston Villa in the fourth round of the Cup. Gary's biggest test so far...
Cracking goal at the weekend as Brighton won at home for the first time in four months; think it's his third of the season.
Hull and Coventry apparently interested; may be in Division One next season even if Brighton don't win Division Two.
I think we have this discussion after every post where I use that terminology.
Yes, it's the second and third flight respectively.
WBA interested now as well. Out of contract in the summer, but looks like he'll be playing up at least one level next season anyway (as Brighton are looking odds on for promotion)
