has most games
A friend of mine (and a fellow foot.ie poster) is currently stuck in Montenegro with his lady and is fretting over having to miss the game. There is an Irish bar where he's staying (Chest O'Shea's in Budva) but does anyone know if the game is available online anywhere? I'm useless at this streaming business so any help would be much appreciated.

I'm stuck in college in Bulgaria for the next three months. I'll be sifting through cyberspace with a fine-tooth comb, but if all else fails, I'll get the games on the radio at rte.ie.
Doesn't look as if anyone is streaming it (apart from RTE) at the moment.
If you could find someone in Ireland who had a large bandwidth and who could configure their PC as a proxy server then you could perhaps access the RTE stream.
I think the upstream bandwith would need to be as wide as the stream from RTE and that any any PC can in theory act as a server?
Not so great when you notice the Ireland match is not in the list on that page.
Upcoming Games This Week :
Euro 2008 Qualifying:Scotland v Lithuania ,Hungary v Bosnia-Herzegovina , England v israel
Belarus v Romania ,Russia v F.Y.R. Macedonia,Georgia v Ukraine, Wales v Germany
Iceland v Spain,Serbia v Finland ,Sweden v Denmark,Netherlands v Bulgaria,Portugal v Poland
Italy v France , Rugby World Cup (RWC 2007), EuroBasket , FIFA Under 17 World Cup And Much More...
I have just realised that the game does not clash with the England game which starts at 5.30pm 2 1/2 hours earlier which increase the chances it might be streamed.
Incidently if you go to the forum here
http://livefooty.doctor-serv.com/forum/
You can request it is streamed. It says it requires 10 posts or more so get posting
Should not be too difficult to find a pub showing it in the UK as it does not not clash with Englaand.
Thank you very much Tricky Colour...
I have just signed up and requested it.. If any body else would care to do the same I would be very grateful.. even if you do not require it.. I go to all the home games, and have not missed a live game in a long time... so if you could all put yourself in my position, a request to stream it would be much appreciated!
The Ireland game is now listed

You will probably also be able to get a link here:-
http://forum.freefootball.org/index.php
The difference being I don't think you can record the games from the
first link but you can on the second (I usually use sopcast).
I only seem to be able to watch the recording at normal speed though, and you can't skip forward (or back).
Hope its a good stream, if the commentary is not in English it is possible to synronise it with RTE radio
using real player, as you can pause it, because the video steam has a few minutes delay.

looks like bwin.com will be streaming the game live, need to register an account to view it but don't need to deposit.

Seems you need to deposiit £7 to use BWIN *and* you need photo ID for payout. So to get your £7 back you need a photo ID!!
try some of these proxies. and you should be able to view rte.ie stream through them
No, I've watched video at BWIN without a deposit, unfortunately they are not actually showing the game...*******s

Am looking for old Irish matches on VHS, PM me if you have some and I'll upload them here
BWIN is only providing an audio feed

I have tried most of those proxies and none of them work (never foud one which works).
You select tools/internet options/conections/lan settings/ then select use a proxy and type in the IP address and port number.
I very much doubt you will find one which will work though.
Thanks Tricky.
