Conrad Logan seems to be doing well at Stockport, according to this report anyway, which has a bit of Irish interest in it, Dawson, Dicker etc

David Connolly scored for the Sunderland reserves tonight against Everton
EDIT: Make it 2 for Connolly in that match, I know Kavanagh and Billy Dennehy also played

Paul Cahillane scored an amazing 5 goals in an even more amazing 19-0 (yes nineteen - nil) win over Italian side Cambiano in the Turin International Tournament, with Graham Carey also getting on the scoresheet: http://www.celticfc.net/news/stories...907104430.aspx
This must be why the lads were pulled out of the Portugal U-19 friendlies.

And from what I saw on TV turned in a hapless performance. Justifiable I suppose given he's been out for so long but hardly confidence inspiring.

Harper starts in nets ahead of Given tonight. I heard or read somewhere that Given would seek talks with Big Corrupt Sam if he didnt start... watch this space!
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
