BANG! Some goal in fairness...
Ou-est le Centre George Pompidou?
no different to Houghtons against Italy in 94.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
Scored another penalty today to put Norwich 2 up.
Hat- trick for Hoolahan today, inc 2 pens at home to Sheff Utd, heard Stelling calling him hotlips Hoolahan??
A reference to M*A*S*H, the 1970s US comedy.
Wes is in the list of players for Championship player of the season on fourfourtwo.com: http://fourfourtwo.com/
He's well behind at the moment, so vote early, vote often.
(scroll down for the poll, it's on the right)
Wes just won a peno for Norwich, Which Holt converted.
1:33 gone in the game
He has been taken off penalty duty recently since he chipped one down the middle and the keeper didnt move. His side have had one or two spot kicks since then, so he could have two or three more goals if he had done things a bit differently.
Everton are watching him according to 4-4-2 I think. They are a club with previous in terms of lower league shopping, would be a great move for him.

Just set up Lansbury for what will surely be the winner with a little dink over the top.

If ever a case was to be made for the inclusion of Wes Hoolohan in the full Ireland squad, it came at Carrow Road last Monday when the Dubliner produced a performance which was streets ahead of anyone else on the pitch.
At stake were three very precious points and a place in the automatic promotion spot for the Canaries, but Bristol Rovers failed to read the script and answered an early Grant Holt penalty with a second half equalizer.
Hoolohan was brought down for the Canaries opener and it was he who, after working brilliantly for over 85 minutes, produced a delightful lob for Henri Lansbury to grab a late, late winner. Hoolohan was replaced momentarily to rich applause including a very appreciative Delia Smith who kicked every ball for the home side and must view the former Shelbourne winger as the icing on her particular cake at Norwich.
The plaudits were voluminous from the commentary booth for Hoolohan and rightly so – the Irishman controlled every ball brilliantly and used it with the utmost intelligence in supporting main striker, Holt.
Hoolohan for Ireland (and Everton next season according to reports) makes as much sense as anything so far this season.
Put the hex on him I guess. The squad is named and he's not in it. Makes no sense to see Keith Treacy in the squad, talented ok but injured for most of the season and not in anything like the form Hoolohan is (he's been named as a candidate for Championship team of the year).
Neither does it make sense for Keogh to be in there instead of Hoolohan. Lazy by Trapattoni - he's named a good squad but lazy in this case nonetheless.
Yep he was excellent, all of Norwich's attacking play came through him and he also tracked back well in a few situations. Only saw one misplaced pass that I can remember.

Only saw last 15 mins tonight and was very impressed. Very much an advanced playmaker though - not a position that Trap favours.
