Teams get into the first round (Senior teams entering at the second round) by reaching certain stages of either the FAI Intermediate of FAI Junior cup competitions. I think it's last 16 of the Intermediate and last 4 of the Junior.

The last 16 of the Intermediate Cup and last 4 of the Junior Cup go into the first round of the FAI Cup.

Kildrum Tigers are an Ulster Senior League side from Donegal. Brendan Devenney is currently on their books and a few other ex-Harps players.

    Can you imagine.....

Galway United V Dundalk in the FAI Cup?

The Galway city fire service would have to be on full alert.
