Even stan should know switching Kieran Donaghy to full forward will win him an all-irel errr game against wales

His plan is to lose every game possible in the Euro Qualifiers, hope he keeps his job, and then win all of the games in the WCQ's, making him seem like he turned it around and thus is a great manager (at least thats what it seems like)

This is it - it's all about managing expectations. Another good tip would be to go behind in all games. Scoring the equaliser (preferably a late one) means everyone goes home happy. Kerr probably would have kept his job if we came from behind in all those drawn games instead of throwing away the lead.

Well you casn see that such a plan is beginning to take shape for him, won't be long before we start to achieve the equaliser part.

Scorn Not Stan by Phil Goalster

Scorn Not Stan by Phil Goalster

    See the Gahferr
    With the golden hair
Yet results that show the emptiness inside
    Do we know
Can we understand just how he feels
Or just how much he's tried ?

    See him now
    As he stands alone
And watches prima donnas play a mans' game
    See him rage
As he kicks a water bottle for
a penalty, the referee surely should have gave

Scorn not, Stan..he's buh-rill-iant, but rather get Delaney out instead,
Scorn not, Stan..he's buh-rill-iant, Delaney put him in way o'er his head.
    Oh no, oh no.

    The Gahfur, Man-ager,
The great left-back that we all know as Stan,
    The babyface,
We just can't understand, why John Delaney made him our man

How we cried tears of disbelief
The day the media told us it was so
How we cried tears of helplessness
Watching incompetents barely beating San Mar-ino

Scorn not, Stan..he's buh-rill-iant, but rather get Delaney out instead,
Scorn not, Stan..he's buh-rill-iant, Delaney put him in way o'er his head.
    Oh no, oh no.

Only God knows how to face the future hopefully
    Croke Park will surely tell
    Bamboozle Wales with buh-rilli-ance
    And batter Slovakia as well.

    Maybe we qualify,
And maybe pigs will fly to the South Pole as well,
    Maybe we'll win the group,
Maybe snowballs stand a fighting chance in hell, oh no, oh no.

Scorn not, Stan..he's buh-rill-iant, but rather get Delaney out instead,
Scorn not, Stan..he's buh-rill-iant, Delaney put him in way o'er his head.
    Oh no, oh no.
