it's kinda hard to read so blue banner on bottom says "Play the beautiful game", and the writing around the logo in the centre says "Life's short. Work hard. Play hard".

Reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Homer tries to straighten Bart out but takes him to a factory, whose occupants' - all of whom are gay - motto was 'we like to work hard and then play hard'. Cue: stripping and dancing etc.
